Not bad, depending on what you're looking for :)

The Motel is nothing special... but totally ok. We stayed just one night before taking a flight. Around the Motel there is nothing but shops, supermarkets and restaurant.... it's not a beautiful area, but very good if you have to buy some stuff... especially chocolate and sweets :)

Good room but pathetic wifi (NO Internet)!

Wifi doesn't work! Even email doesn't open. And the staff does not care a bit about it. They just say it is like this, can't do anything. Then please remove Wifi from your online listing if you can't do anything!! Also, the first room they gave me had an issue in the toilet - the commode was leaking!! Can you imagine!!! Upon raising the issue, I was offered another room.

God staff, dirty room.

Two friends and I stayed two nights here. While the staff seemed very friendly the room was gross. Ants everywhere, dirty sheets and loads of toothpaste caked on the sink. We would have cancelled the second night but we payed online and couldn't get a refund.

Great sleep

The rooms we're rather comfy good size, but the sheets and towels were stained and had burns in them. The hotel need a bit of a dust but for a budget motel, I had a great night sleep.

Near duty free shopping

The motel is located near the sea and a lot of duty free stores. If you're not in Kuah for shopping I don't think this will give you anything. Some of the staff were quiet friendly but the one at the check out didn't want to help us call a taxi which I thought was rather unhelpful, though it was in the morning and not a lot of them in the streets. Our room had two single beds and a small toilet so I think it was OK for the price if you just are looking for somewhere to sleep.

Vaerelset var virkelig tilfredsstillende til prisen, det ligger lige i bymidten med let adgang til forskellige forretninger, men Langkewi er der for mange muslimer til at man kan have det sjovt oeen er toldfrie, og muslimer skinker ikke spiritus ud, desuden er der ingen busser saa du maa anvende taxier hele tiden. Taxamafiaen er vaerre end den var paa Pucket, der som sagt har faaet en ende efter militaeret har grebet ind

Smelly Motel with no cleaning provided in rooms

Do not visit this Motel. Worst experience ever. Smelly corridors due to rotting garbage in rooms. No cleaning services provided during stay (4 nights)

Perfect Location for Duty Free Shopping

You get value for money on your room. However as mentioned by the other reviewers they wouldn't clean your room during the stay. I stayed 3 nights & fortunately for me the room key failed to ignite electricity supply on the second night so they gave me a new room. Biggest disappointment is the attitude/ability of the hotel staff to help you on any other request. In my case I wanted to arrange a taxi to Kuah Jetty early morning (6.45AM) as I had to catch the first ferry to Perlis so approached the front desk to help me arrange a taxi as I noticed although the taxi stand is just next door there are hardly any taxis at the stand during that time ( I checked previous morning). Staff maintained they cannot arrange a taxi & asked me to go to the stand in the morning. In the morning as I predicted there was no taxis in the stand I had to pull my luggage & go to My Hotel which is 500m away and request the front desk & thank god they had 24 taxi service.

Affordable & nice location

Price is the most attractive factor to choose this motel. The location is great as it is situated in Kuah town whereby there are lots of amenities nearby. The service is also great, but the room is just a normal room. The room is basic, aircon is not freezing (no issue for me), toilet is a bit smelly but it is clean (weird), hot shower is ok, soundproof is the main issue to me as i can hear people walking & talking along the corridor. This motel is highly recommended for budget travellers.

Motel near the town

Difficult to park the car because every night there is a night market in front of the motel . No holder of a bathroom inside and hard to open . Slow reaction time in tell and no action .

Room was so bad I decided to go anonymous...

Room was too small and very very very basic. Bed and pillow in very bad condition. Bathroom smell like some toxic gas. WiFi unstable.
