Very cosy hotel

Extremely cosy hotel, 2 bathroom was shared between 3 room, not a problem as they were clean and tidy. Location only a few minutes walk from city center pedestrian street and less than 10 minutes walk from Citadellet and the ocean.

Disappointed

Calling this place hotel is wrong, hostel is more fitting name for it. Our room was a former shop on the groundfloor with shopwindow people walking by outside. That window could not be opened and the ventilation was poor. There was a strong, very disturbing scent of mold all over the room and bathroom. The bathroom door could not be closed. On the day of arrival we receive notice that the hotel Breakfast which was included was changed due to the café was summerclosed. Instead we were offered to help ourselves preparing a really dull breakfast in a pentry lacking daylight. Offered food was supermarket bread and cheapest possible coldcuts and sliced cheese, some dairy products in insufficient quantity and bad coffee. The emerency exit was incorrectly signed in the kitchen and the emergency plan did not match the floor plan in the room.

Kan tycka att om man benÀmner sig som hotell förvÀntar man sig hotell standard med bra frukost och personal pÄ plats. Vi fick SMS dagen innan vi skulle checka in att frukosten inte serverades pÄ konditoriet bredvid pga semesterstÀngt och istÀllet fÄr vi frukost pÄ hotellet. Kunde tÀnka oss bÀttre standard pÄ frukosten vi fick plocka fram sjÀlva och fixa kaffe inte mycket till service. Blir inget mer besök för vÄr del

Det hÀr kan inte kallas ett hotell. Borde istÀllet kallas Bed & Breakfast eller hostel. Ingen reception, en gemensam toalett och dusch i korridoren och en mycket sparsam frukost. Visst borde jag lÀst lite noggrannare nÀr jag bokade men jag bor mÄnga nÀtter pÄ hotell, bÄde i och utanför Sverige, och det hÀr Àr första gÄngen jag stött pÄ nÄgot liknande och som kallar sig hotell.

VĂ€ldigt varmt pĂ„ rummet. Oerhört lyhört och knarrande golv. Toalett i korridoren dĂ€r dörren ”hakade” i karmen sĂ„ det lĂ€t högt varje gĂ„ng nĂ„gon öppnade/stĂ€ngde. Ingen ”kontorsplats” pĂ„ rummet, en lĂ„g soffa med ett litet vingligt soffbord. Frukost var sjĂ€lvservering frĂ„n kylskĂ„p. Skulle stanna tvĂ„ nĂ€tter men Ă„kte hem efter första natten dĂ„ det var svĂ„rt att fĂ„ nattsömn överhuvudtaget.

Trevligt litet enkelt hotell som har allt man kan önska. Dusch och badrum lÄg utanför rummet. Plus för att det fanns kylskÄp pÄ rummet. Fanns Àven ett allmÀnt kök med kyl, frys och möjligheter att laga mat. Vi hade rummet sÄ fönsterna var utÄt mot balkogen vilket gjorde att vi inte kunde ha fönstret öppet pÄ natten. Dock fanns flÀkt pÄ rummet och en egen ventilation som gick att stÀlla. Huset var mysigt och annolunda stil. Det var lite gammalt och slitet (viket kan vara en del av charmen), men det var ÀndÄ stÀdat och frÀscht. Dock skulle det behövas rustas upp pÄ balkongen, dÀr var det slitet och smutsigt, och tyvÀrr fick man röka dÀr. Personalen var trevlig ovh snabb pÄ att svara vid kontakt. Det var enkelt att checka in och ut. Mysigt med frukost pÄ ett kafé i huset bredvid. Vi Àr nöjda med vistelsen och skulle gÀrna komma tillbaka igen!
