Good value for money with a few limitations.

The hotel was really good value for money. However, it was not the same standard at the B&B Hotel in Prato where I stayed a couple of weeks ago. There was a really odd water noise that I have noticed in other reviews that became quite distracting. The room was small and there were no facilities such as a fridge and safe which were in the Prato hotel. I changed to this hotel from the Ibis because of my positive experience in Prato but I wish I had kept my booking at the Ibis.

I had a very frustrating experience at this B&B Hotel. Upon check-in, I clearly informed the front desk staff that I was traveling alone, even though my Expedia booking defaulted to two guests. The staff member then asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and told me it would be around €13. I agreed. However, I was charged €26 instead of €13, clearly a double charge. I noticed this immediately on the terminal and asked her to cancel and refund the extra amount. She told me not to worry, that she would talk to her manager and handle the refund. The next morning, I followed up and she admitted she hadn't done it yet but would definitely take care of it that day. It's now been days and I still haven't received any refund. Very disappointing to be misled like this—especially after I asked twice, politely. Unprofessional and dishonest service. I do not recommend this hotel.

El hotel está muy cerca de la parada de tren y accesible caminando. Lo único malo fue el Check in, ya que intenté buscar mi reserva y me salía que no tenía reserva. Para resolver el inconveniente tuve que llamar al número de emergencia que tienen en sus póster de información y me realizaron el check In por teléfono. El cuarto era pequeño pero acogedor perfecto para dos personas.

Return Visit Just As Good As Last Time

Very good staff who were friendly, welcoming and provided a great service. Clean hotel and room. Good variety of food for breakfast. We have stayed before and will stay again and it is very reasonably priced and very convenient for town and railway station.

The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The housekeeping only emptied the bathroom trash, did not take anything else or make beds. The breakfast was limited options for the price and not refilled when items ran out, going down with an hour left many things were gone

Wenn online Einchecken spätabens nicht geht ...

Wenn zum Glück nicht am späten Abend doch noch eine sehr kooperative Mitarbeiterin anwesend gewesen wäre (sie wollte gerade am 17.10.2024 gehen), hätten wohl mehrere Personen auf die Möglickeit online einzuchecken stundenlang gewartet, da diese Dienste im Haus und im Eingang nicht funktionierten. Danke nochmal an die Mitarbeiterin und einige Stunden Schlaf mehr.

Wer nicht viel ausgeben möchte, ist in den B+B Hotels meistens gut beraten. Man hat einen Parkplatz vor der Tür und ein vernünftiges Bett im Zimmer. Leider kann ich auf diesen schmalen Einzelbetten nicht gut schlafen, da ich es nicht gewöhnt bin. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ok ausgestattet. Das Bad war auch noch in gutem Zustand. Beim Frühstück habe ich die Anordnung des Buffets nicht verstanden. Manche Behälter sind in einem Schrank versteckt und man kann sich gar nicht richtig bedienen. 12,90 Euro sind mir für das gebotene Frühstück etwas zu viel, aber das sieht jeder Gast auch anders.
