When we got there, I was hoping there would be someone checking us in. I had to make a call and luckily the host answered. It was so remote that I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get in. We had booked two rooms. One double room looked perfect. The other room with three beds was in the attic and it was a little creepy and had a funky layout. It was clean. Both AC’s worked efficiently. Our one night stay worked out. Hosts were there the next morning. Very nice staff. Breakfasts provided was good. A lot of food provided even though we didn’t eat them all. However, it’s not walkable to town.

The owner was really helpful and kind, and the B&B has a beautiful concept behind it. The simple Italian breakfast was also great. Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs. I cannot confirm this for certain, but I strongly recommend that the owner thoroughly inspect the bed and mattress to make sure there is no issue for future guests.

La stanza è bellissima, ristrutturata ed arredata dall'architetto che gestisce il B&B. Da notare è il bagno di qualità con una doccia da cui non vorresti mai uscire e il letto comodissimo!! La colazione all'italiana è organizzata dai genitori del gestore che vivono nell'altra metà dell'edificio. Il ciambellone preparato dalla moglie era buonissimo e il marito è sempre pronto ad offrire te/caffe/cappuccino.

Small and comfortable

A combined architect's office and guesthouse. Comfortable bed. Located on the edge of Lanciano. No orientation to nature but still quiet and comfortable.
