Great location!!! The pool area was amazing and perfect for families, with a nice small splash pad for little ones. We had a pool-facing room with a great view. The hotel also offers both indoor and outdoor pools, which was a plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance and outlets next door. The only downside was that our room was not ready at check-in and we had to wait about 70 minutes past the 4 PM check-in time. Also, the balcony door did not fully seal.

Hotel was clean , staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the pool. The one complaint I do have is that by the pool the towels that are given are very small and cannot cover your entire body. We had to grab multiple just for one person. Other than that the hotel was gorgeous, room was clean and spacious. Definitely would stay here again, not sure why there is so many negative reviews.

place was absolutely disgusting and the uncleanliness was unbelievable. the pool had tons of trash outside near it. there were tools laying around the pool such as a shovel, nails, hammers, etc. (total saftey concern especially with young kids) we even said something about it and the response was they’re remodeling!! not to mention they weren’t blocked off anyone could’ve went up to them and picked them up. the arcade room and kids play room were so hot, when i addressed that the response was there was no ac for them rooms. the arcade room had maybe two games actually plugged in to use. when you walk in and head up elevators it smells strong of mold. we’ve been here two times before like 2 years ago and i just read they went into new ownership and now this hotel is complete crap. DONT BE FULLED BY PICTURES. this place is nasty and NOT SAFE for young children. wish i would’ve got some pictures of the filth but we didn’t even stay a night!
