Good value and close to the Ren Faire and downtown Lancaster. I really appreciated that the suite had two separate rooms and was very spacious. It’s in a very rural area but there’s a shopping center and gas station half a mile away. It does smell like farmland outside, but the inside was fine. Breakfast was standard and the waffles were definitely a bonus.

Stay was good enough. Room was clean enough if you don’t look in the corners. There was construction going on when we stayed and it rained heavy so outside was as good as can be under the circumstances. The staff were extremely friendly and we always like a free breakfast.

The room was clean but the floor in the bathroom was dirty. The towels were really old and stained. The bed was comfortable but firm. The staff was really friendly. The free breakfast didn’t look appetizing so we didn’t eat it. Even though the hotel was under construction we never heard anything.

When we entered our room there was a cricket and a dead moth. The hotel and parking lot is under construction and the room had a musty smell. The vending machines were out of order. It was fine because it was close to where we needed to be, and the breakfast wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t want to stay there again.

This hotel is in the midst of remodeling.. it was very quiet because there were very few cars noted in the parking lot .. The breakfast choices were few but perhaps that has to do with low census ? The room was clean .

Clean, quiet, feels like home kind of hotel! Even tho they are under construction ATM and adding a big section on to the hotel it was still very quiet and u wldnt even know there is work being done while staying here. Talked to management about arranging a long term stay and they were able to give us a wonderful deal and had a room to accommodate us immediately which no other hotel was able to do that as quickly as Lancaster Inn and Suites in Manheim PA. We were able to grab a room with a kitchen area and a separate bedroom and when spending so much time in a hotel those things definitely make a long term stay so much easier to deal with, especially making it feel closer to being at home when u have the ability to cook in ur room not to mention all the money it also saves not having to eat out the entire time. We will definitely be staying with u guys anytime we are in need of a room in this area. Thank you to the staff for all the help u provided us!!

It's a great location if you have a soccer tournament at the PA Classics fields that are right there (walkable distance to the fields)! But the hotel is just ok, I needed more towels and they didn't have any available, so after my kids went into the pool we had to use our bathroom towels and then they only the little floor towels that you would use outside of a shower ( so my son had to use that after the shower). Staff was nice, and the room wasn't too bad, it just needs some over renovations.

Everything was clean, comfortable, and staff were all extremely helpful. There was construction happening during our stay but I never heard anything. Parking lot spaces were limited however absolutely no problem parking on the grass at the side of the building as directed. Great place and would stay here again.

Thought this place was going to be more cottage like from the pictures online but it is a hotel. Very clean and the staff was nice. Some construction going on but it didn't disturb us over the weekend. Pool was clean. Breakfast was very good with make your own waffles, eggs and sausage, really good sausage gravy, yogurt and bagels. Had fruit cups but no fresh fruit which was okay. Nearby shopping center with Sheetz, Dollar Tree and pizza place. Overall the hotel was good but a bit pricey.
