Friendly staff during the day. However, I wish the evening lady provide me more information about the facilities and directions. Also, I told her about things not working at the room. She took note but they didn't fix the items. The breakfast was good.

Terrific family stay

Terrific stay. Rooms were great, quiet, comfortable beds, suite worked out great for my family. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, hotel is really nice in general and convenient to the freeways.

Excellent hotel for longer stays.

This is an excellent hotel. We stayed here for 5 nights while on our extended road trip. The property is a bit dated, but it is very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast is very good, with several different hot and cold options and a big variety. The hotel is very well located to explore the Lancaster area, and it is close to many shops and restaurants.

Excellent!

We were in Lancaster for a conference. This location was close to everything, very clean, bed was comfortable, room had all the amenities, hot breakfast was good with great coffee too. It was very quiet also. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Overall a great place to stay.

I loved our Suite -King Bed room. It was sooo perfect and completely surprised to see such a large screen TV, it was great! Bed and pillows were sooo comfortable and clean, that usually doesn't happen. Didn't want to leave, felt so at home.

Poor customer service

Check-in was 3pm and our room was not available for at least 35-40 min. past that time. We arrived 15 min early hoping we could check in early. We were told the room was “getting worked on”. As a customer and hotel member, this lack of service is unacceptable. We had to keep asking if our room was ready. No urgency at all. This is poor hotel management planning if you’re short on housekeepers. Also, we were placed in a room on the first floor with a bright flood light directly facing the outside of our bedroom and living room window. We asked if anything could be done to lessen the brightness so we could sleep, but the lobby associate said there was nothing that could be done. Expected better from this hotel.

Trip to Lancaster with my wife. Pre Christmas break. The Hotel was nice enough, I found that the pictures of the suite made it look so much larger, so I booked accordingly. So tiny The bed was rock hard, and when I went to ask the front desk for some additional blankets, she was not thrilled and went and got some…never asked afterwards if we were good. Duann at the front desk, the housekeeping women, pool staff women, and the breakfast staff people were friendly and kept the facilities welcoming, clean, and fresh. The we here for one night and had lovely stay. The king room with pull out couch was spacious enough for three adults and one child to relax after a long drive. The pool was 3ft to 5ft, heated, and had towels and chairs available. I would recommend this hotel for single and family travelers.
