Beth at the front desk was a gem! My family and I were coming in from out of state to visit Sight and Sound. I called and asked if there was any way we could check in a little early to be able to freshen up beforehand and drop our bags off. When I initially called the room wasn’t ready but Beth took my number and said she would call back after she spoke to Housekeeping and to let me know if one room could be ready (we had two booked). Within 30 min she called to let us know it was ready! We headed to the hotel right away and by the time we got there the other room was ready. She was pleasant to speak to, helpful with plans we had coming up and handled check in quickly. Would highly recommend this hotel! Oh, and breakfast was tasty also. It was clean and well stocked!

Good stay. But really bad an uncomfortable bed.

The room was very clean. The staff were wonderful and kind. Parking was very easy. The food places near by were very good. The bed was the worst part of our trip. It was so uncomfortable it was hard to sleep.
