The property and staff were excellent, the issues I had were minor in the grand scheme of things. The pillows were way too soft, it was like sleeping on the mattress and the comforter weighed a lot in comparison to other comforters. These issues are person specific but overall the hotel was fantastic.

Wonderful stay, very convenient (lots of dining options) bright, clean room, energy efficient and accommodating. Only downside-being next to the elevator and very rowdy, loud teenagers. Adhering to COVID guidelines but grab and go bags could have a bit more.

Noticed a couple staff employees not eating masks when appropriate. Employees not reminding guests to use masks. There were two men standing in the lobby who weren’t wearing masks. There was food on the floor in the hallway and extremely loud during the late night early morning hours.

The girl at the desk was very polite and friendly. My complaint is we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. She was the only person on duty and had to answer phones and help people checking in. There was only one couple ahead of us. Hire more staff on Saturday especially at 3 o’clock check in time
