We were going to a concert and needed an overnight stay within walking distance of the theater. This place was perfect. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Their profile mentioned that they had refrigerators but didn’t say there was a microwave. We were surprised to find one in the room. That’s a selling point that should be included in their profile.

Our shower was not working, but within minutes it was cared for. Breakfast is minimal, but in a pinch it was fine. In that area, however, there are many good places to eat so that wasn't important at all to us. Clean, easy parking, quiet, and a find deal.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large considering and had 3 double beds. This worked out great for our family of 5. The price was reasonable especially for the rates in the area. We had to stay in the area for an event. Bathroom could have been cleaner (old urine left around seat lid, hair in the tub/shower, etc) and room and bathroom could use some fixing as some of the ceiling tiles were stained and out of place, sink was coming apart (cosmetic not functional issue), staining on bed skirt, shower is older. For the money, this place was on par.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. However the beds were not comfortable at all, people were slamming doors all night, stomping above us all night as well. The toilet was not screwed to the floor so we had to be very careful using it. Also the toliet didn’t flush properly. I did feel safe here, and for the price it wasn’t that bad. Would I stay here again? No probably not.
