The kids had a blast! They loved the pool! We did notice a few stains on the bed frame that kind of grossed me out. Room seemed pretty clean but could have been better. We enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. We will be back because the kids pool really is worth it!

The staff, from check in to check out, were helpful and patient and provided information and assistance. The Bistro staff were also wonderful and ready to help and provided anything we needed. The woman making the omelettes would ask afterwards, "How was it?" That was so nice how much she cared to please us. Everything was clean and comfortable.

This was a great stay for our family trip to Lancaster. Pool with a kids activity pool in a separate area, small arcade, clean upgraded lounge areas, nice lobby bar. The staff at the desk was attentive and kind, warm cookies on arrival. I will for sure be back to stay at this property!

We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Lancaster while we were in town for a cheer competition. We booked knowing there was construction going on, but it honestly didn’t impact our stay at all. Our room was at the end of the hallway and the rest of the hall was blocked off for construction, but there was no noise, no smells, and no disruption whatsoever. The room itself was immaculate. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and it was spotless—no dust, no issues, and extremely comfortable. The staff was also fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to check in early before the official 4 PM check-in time, which we really appreciated after traveling. Breakfast isn’t included, but the $15 was absolutely worth it. There were plenty of options, and the chef was incredibly kind about coming out to answer our questions about food allergies and ingredients. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Lancaster for a cheer competition or event, this is a great place to stay. Thank you to the staff and management for making our stay so enjoyable—we really appreciated it!

The heat did not work well. We could not get the temp above 68 degrees. The room was nice and staff was courteous. My biggest complaint was that when we went for the breakfast buffet they wanted paid before entering and eating......this is not a fast food situation and is unheard of. I walked out without playing that game and will probably not go back to this location.
