I had no issued when I stayed here. The room was clean and the staff answered all my questions and concerns (even though I didn't have many). The best part for me was the location. Everywhere I needed to go was in a 15 to 20 minute radius.

Me and my wife stayed at the candlewood suites in Lancaster PA.for 4 nights and days and we loved everything about it especially how comfortable the beds and pillows were..The room was extremely clean the bathroom and kitchen area was emacalant..the hallways and elevators were clean entry and exiting the building were easily accessible. The receptionist greeted and treated us as if we were family..we wre 15 minutes away from down town all the stores and armish market's were everything we envisioned..we just had a wonderful experience and trust and believe the next time were traveling were most definitely looking for a candlewood suites so keep the lights on for us

The amenities in the hotel room were great. But they lied about all of the other amenities they offer- there was no indoor pool there was no breakfast options other then coffee. The snack/connivence was empty except for a few ice cream bars and canned sodas- so literally no grab and go snack options like they said. I literally booked this hotel at an absurd price per night for my son’s soccer tournament solely because of the pool and the snack concession and breakfast which were not there!

Perfect location near the Dutch Apple Theater for a one- night stay but would absolutely be great for multiple nights as it has a full kitchen with utensils. For me it's great as it has a recliner and with my bad back it's where I need to sleep. Most places do not have a recliner, so if possible, it's my hotel of choice.
