The pool was heated and very nice though I would have preferred it a few degrees cooler. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're not awful. Pillows were smaller than normal. We missed breakfast as we arrived late and slept in. The metal plate that you put out to make sure nobody gets into your room like housekeeping or somebody with not installed properly. So you can open the door right into it and it would fall down so my son complained about not feeling safe. However, the deadbolt worked fine.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The pool was a nice size, it was very chlorinated and a little dark like no lights in the pool and dim lighting in the pool room. That’s the only “complaint”. Breakfast was hot and a very good variety, they also kept it stocked up with food until breakfast was over.

The beds are extremely high for shorter people and especially a short elderly person. Logging onto the WIFI was way too complicated and then it didn’t work the entire time we were there. The front desk clerk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area and gave us great advice for food.

My room was very clean, the staff was extremely kind and professional. The hotel was generally very nice. My only complaints are that there was a very strong chemical cleaning product smell in the lobby and my room was out of the body wash and had no hand soap. If management can look into more modern/safe cleaning products that would help guest and staff feel more comfortable/healthy.
