Ottima esperienza

Ho trovato la camera pulita, il letto grande e confortevole, il bagno spazioso e pulito. C'era il cambio degli asciugamani ogni giorno (molto apprezzato e non così scontato in un hotel a 3 stelle). L'unica piccola critica è dovuta alla porta della doccia che è di plastica a soffietto (un po' antiquata a mio parere). Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, dalla reception all'addetto alla colazione (ottimi i dolci).

La camera con balcone é spaziosa e si affaccia su una terrazza attrezzata con lettini e tavolino per uso privato. Il centro del paese è raggiungibile velocemente a piedi dove si trovano la maggior parte dei ristoranti e negozi. Tutto lo staff è stato cortese e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare per la premurositá e accoglienza allo staff in reception.

フライト時間が変更になり、チェックイン時間に間に合わないからタクシーで向かうと電話をしたところ、空港まで迎えにきてくれた！ ボートツアーに参加したいとフロントで言ったところ、予約をしてくれた。 部屋も綺麗でバルコニーから満点の星空が見れて気に入った。当初２泊して帰る予定だったが、もう１泊追加した。その後、帰りの飛行機が検索しても見つからず困っていたらフロントの女性が帰りの飛行機を調べてくれた。とにかくホテルスタッフがみんな優しく親身になってくれたことに感動した。 ホテル内は清潔感があって可愛い！シャワーの水圧も強く問題ない。 ホテルから近道を教えてもらったので中心地までは、徒歩5分で行けた。中心地も夜10時過ぎまで子供達が広場で遊ぶなど治安は全体的に良かったと思う。 ビーチへ行くバス停までも徒歩5分、港へも徒歩5分、近くにスーパーもあった！ 次にランペドゥーザ島に行くときも泊まりたい。

They do not just give you a ride from the airport but also from the hotel to the port after checkout for free. The people in the reception are all very friendly and make reservations for boat tours and scooters. I found some ants on my bed but this is the only thing that I found negative about the hotel. E' come te lo aspetti, il personale è oltre!

L'albergo è perfetto se rapportato anche al costo. Sottolineo seriamente la grande gentilezza del personale. Nel nostro caso ha dato consigli spassionati, ed ha sopperito ad una mancanza dello scooter rental, sempre con il sorriso. L'hotel non è sul mare? Non fa nulla...è al centro di tutto (a piedi al max 5 minuti) e comunque per andare nelle spiagge lo scooter/quad lo prenderesti comunque!

La prima volta a Lampedusa

Ho prenotato questo hotel con il mio ragazzo per la mia prima volta a Lampedusa (non del mio.ragazzo essendo siciliano). Tutti e 3 i receptionists sono stati professionali, estremamente gentili e attenti alle nostre esigenze , ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e coccolati. Buono il servizio della colazione e ottima pulizia. Noi avevamo una cameretta piccola ma assolutamente comfortable con bei colori , aria condizionata, televisione, bagno armadio e sopratutto un bellissimo.terrazzo con sdraio tavolino e appendipanni per costumi e asciugamani. Mi sono davvero sentita a casa . Inoltre l'hotel gode di una posizione ottimale poi che si trova a 5 minuti dalla via principale del paese e a livello stradale in ottimo collegamento con le migliori spiagge e vicinissima al porto.
