The staff was nice and helpful, mainly the servers at the breakfast, which in general for that kind of hotel was good, mainly the selection of fresh fruits. The location is good, in a walking distance to the harbor and the main street, Via Roma, were plenty of shops and eateries are established. In front of the hotel is space to park a car. What we disliked is the very bad internet. Most of the time even impossible to connect. According to the front desk it is a problem in whole Lampedusa. Other bad aspect is the air conditioned,that doesn't refrigerate the room at all.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff were. Despite the language barrier, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us. Amanda and gentleman who I forgot his name unfortunately were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was. Everyone speaks only Italian for the most part on the island and it was difficult at times, but they made the experience so nice. The hotel is a little old and rooms are old fashioned, the rooms were super clean however and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Location is also excellent. Highly recommend if you are a tourist and need a good place to stay in Lampedusa. Highly recommend

Ottima esperienza

Ho trovato la camera pulita, il letto grande e confortevole, il bagno spazioso e pulito. C'era il cambio degli asciugamani ogni giorno (molto apprezzato e non così scontato in un hotel a 3 stelle). L'unica piccola critica è dovuta alla porta della doccia che è di plastica a soffietto (un po' antiquata a mio parere). Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, dalla reception all'addetto alla colazione (ottimi i dolci).

La camera con balcone é spaziosa e si affaccia su una terrazza attrezzata con lettini e tavolino per uso privato. Il centro del paese è raggiungibile velocemente a piedi dove si trovano la maggior parte dei ristoranti e negozi. Tutto lo staff è stato cortese e sempre disponibile. Un ringraziamento particolare per la premurositá e accoglienza allo staff in reception.

ロケーション良し、スタッフの対応大満足！

フライト時間が変更になり、チェックイン時間に間に合わないからタクシーで向かうと電話をしたところ、空港まで迎えにきてくれた！ ボートツアーに参加したいとフロントで言ったところ、予約をしてくれた。 部屋も綺麗でバルコニーから満点の星空が見れて気に入った。当初２泊して帰る予定だったが、もう１泊追加した。その後、帰りの飛行機が検索しても見つからず困っていたらフロントの女性が帰りの飛行機を調べてくれた。とにかくホテルスタッフがみんな優しく親身になってくれたことに感動した。 ホテル内は清潔感があって可愛い！シャワーの水圧も強く問題ない。 ホテルから近道を教えてもらったので中心地までは、徒歩5分で行けた。中心地も夜10時過ぎまで子供達が広場で遊ぶなど治安は全体的に良かったと思う。 ビーチへ行くバス停までも徒歩5分、港へも徒歩5分、近くにスーパーもあった！ 次にランペドゥーザ島に行くときも泊まりたい。
