We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Lami Bay during our time in Fiji. The hotel is in a beautiful waterfront location with stunning views of the bay, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive compared to other options nearby. However, the quality was good, and it didn't take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Novotel Lami Bay and would happily stay there again. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Suva who is looking for a comfortable stay with beautiful waterfront views.

Reception staff are great, friendly, helpful and accomodating, they sure know how to make your guests feel very welcomed so thank you Breakfast cashier assumed our breakfast had to be paid for and i politely asked her to double check with Reception to confirm it was included. Room was not to standard clean, floor not cleaned, stain all around. Bathroom not clean, lots of dust, hairs all over the floor of bedroom and bathroom. Nite: Room service did not supply clean replacements towels and toilets papers etc. Front service were very helpful and brilliantly customer satisfaction standards were excellent. Breakfast bar were not enough food replacements once foods were taken by guests prior. Swimming pool highly recommend for to be heated for guests to used specially during colder days. Weather conditions has changed in Fiji due climate changes shifting of Tasmania weather patterns.
