Our room was very clean. I like that they have a private lot for parking that is separate from the main road. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely book here again.

Property is really cute, room is lovely. The bed is VERY hard, some may like that, I’d prefer more plush and pillows were flat, but Location is amazing.

The property location was great proximity to the beach and the strip. The staff from crabby joes were great helping with check in and also followed up when we are at dinner to make sure things were good. It was super loud, music was blasting from beast friend pizza until after 2am and you could also hear music from crabby Joe's until 12am. If youre not going to party and stay up late it's not ideal.

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Suites, our room was recently renovated, modern and clean, the location was convenient being right downtown, and the staff were terrific, courteous, professional and eager to make sure we had great stay.

The location was perfect! About a 5-10min walk to the main beach. Close to multiple shops and food options. The parking was a bit confusing to find at first but once we got there it was good. Room was clean. Loved the balcony.

The room was amazing and the stay was amazing as well. The only negative feature about the room was that there was a huge Crabby Joe's LED board that stays on all night long outside. However, they have done their best with resolving this issue with lots of retractable blinds that block out most of this lighting. The staff at Crabby Joes were amazing as well and were very helpful when needed.

Parking and check in was easy. We are visiting in the off-season. Some shopping and dining options were closed for the winter already, but there was still some nice places open. We had a great time. It's a very walkable area, the hotel was very clean, bright, and comfortable.

We loved the location of the space, and best part was the patio that overlooked the main strip. The owners were super accommodating to us which we really appreciated. It was a heat wave weekend and our room stayed nice and cool for us. We will definitely be back

The pictures are deceiving. The actual finishes are not well done, and our room was on an obvious slant. We did not realize it was located above a restaurant. The noise was fine at night with the TV on, but loud early morning when our room was quiet and they were setting up for breakfast. Tried to have a shower. Cranked the controls to as hot as possible and the water was tepid at best. That happened when we first got there and in the following morning. The door stop in the floor by the shower is an accident waiting to happen. It isn’t secured to the floor safely and is centred in front of the entrance to the shower. The Smart Lock unlocked the door, but it would only open half the time. The location was great, but we will never stay there again.

Nice clean room.

While our room was very clean and the furnishings quite new and pleasant we found the low profile bed and firm mattress not to our liking. There is a full flight of stairs to reach the rooms. The deck is a nice touch though, for us, the chairs were very uncomfortable. What bothered us the most was the light from the large commercial billboard which flashed all night long lighting up our room and disturbing our sleep. Too bad they can't turn it off from 11pm to 7am. We were there during the week so there wasn't too much noise from the restaurant and patio downstairs after 11pm The location is in the centre of the action. We would not stay there again.

Not a good stay!

Room had been given to a drop in, we then waited 45 minutes for it to be ready. Shower was awful, grout all chipped and dirty, we did not shower. No chair other than a very large, low modern thing you couldn’t sit in. I was called twice on Saturday to pay the bill right then, we were to leave Sunday. There was no reason for that at all. The bed was comfortable, pillows ok, it was clean. Towels were ok. Will not ever rebook and will tell others not to. By the way, TV would not work!

It was generally a good stay with enough dresser space for clothes, a reasonable size but there were some issues that came up. First there were no extra blankets (fortunately we had a heavy 1 in the car that we used). It was quite cool in the room when we got there but could not figure out how to turn the heat up. It was only when we called for help that we discovered it had to be changed over from A/C to heat but there were no instructions to say that. There were no wash cloths. There were no clear instructions for the TV so we never used it. We were however able to connect to the Wi Fi. And we have never been requested to take out garbage anywhere else we’ve ever stayed. We did it but it seemed very strange. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay but could have been somewhat better.

Location is what this property offers. Its right on the strip. Horrible service and responsiveness from host. Definitely more of a backpacker style accommodation than luxury feel.
