The room itself was good ... very clean and updated. The problem we had was families and people running up and down the hall screaming the first night ... then we listened to a physical conflict about 1 am the following night. If there were staff there in after midnight they did not intervene either night.

The guy at the front desk was really nice and friendly. We arrived at 9pm or just shortly after (no later than 9:15pm. Our confirmation email stated "Check in is between 3pm and 10pm" but we almost missed check in as they were about to lock the doors when we arrived. We got up to our room and it wasn't clean. We found a clump of hair wrapped around the chair leg, the sheets were stained lightly in spots, the towels left for us were slightly stained/yellow, and generally wasn't clean/dusted. Most likely would not return
