First class all the way!!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property was clean as expected. The food and the food service was exceptional. It is definitely the best class hotel in the area.

Das Zimmer war sauber und schön groß. Der Service war hervorragend, beim Abendessen wurden wir sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient (von Herrn Rakic). Da wir uns vegetarisch ernähren, aßen wir meistens die veganen Alternativen und wir waren wirklich begeistert, weil es so einfallsreich und lecker war. Der Spa Bereich ist toll allerdings besetzen viele Gäste ihre Liegen stundenlang mit den Handtüchern, wodurch es nachmittags schwer fiel noch freie Liegen zu finden. Der Fitnessraum ist auch sehr modern unflott einem tollen Ausblick. Alles in allem ein schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Zimmerreinigung war nicht in Ordnung, zum Beispiel am Samstag nur schnell die Betten gemacht, obwohl Freitag der Service komplett ausfiel. Trotz Bitte an der Rezeption wurde dann nur die Hälfte schnell nachgeholt. Der Boden war recht sandig und steinig, und das blieb er auch bis zur Abreise. Usw. Vieles war defekt, Dampfsauna ging nicht, Biosauna ausgefallen. Tropfender größerer Wasserschaden im Saunabereich. Duschen hatten sehr wenig Wasserdruck. Waschbecken auf dem Zimmer war wegen schlechtem Sensor kaum benutzbar. Service hilflos. Pools, Frühstück und Küche waren gut

Mega schönes Hotel im großen und ganzen, ohne Kinder noch schöner, naja also es ist halt kein komplettes Spahotel. Ach was noch nett gewesen wäre bei der Bestätigungsmail für die Buchung darauf hin gewiesen zu werden das man beim Abendessen eine lange Hose anziehen muss. Im großen und ganzen sehr schön lohnt sich also.

ein schönes Hotel mit einem sagenhaften Spa- Bereich. Wer entspannen und sich kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und haben um ein Zimmer mit Terrassenzugang gebeten....unserem Wunsch wurde entsprochen. Mit vielen netten Kleinigkeiten werden Mensch und Tier bedacht. Es gibt gar nichts, was ich bemängeln müsste. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut (Qualität, Vielfalt, Geschmack). Der Service war überall aufmerksam und freundlich. Sauberkeit und Hygienemassnahmen waren der aktuellen Situation angemessen. Der neue Pool- und Saunabereich ist sehr schön, modern und großzügig. Ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, selbst wenn das Hotel ausgebucht wäre. Der Infifnitypool ist ein Highlight. Aber: der alte und neue Saunabereich sind nicht verbunden und befinden sich auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen. Zum Wechseln des Bereichs benötigt man die Zimmerkarte, da mehrere gesicherte Türen durchquert werden müssen. Die Blockhaussauna war während unseres Aufenthalts immer noch nicht fertig. Größtes Manko und für echte Saunafans ein NoGo: der wunderschöne neue Saunabereich '5-Elemente' (Panoramasauna, Feuersauna und das Dampfbad) sind Textilsaunen!!!! Dies hat zur Folge, dass hier z. T. ein unkundiges Publikum verkehrt, z.B. betreten der Saunakabinen mit Badeschlappen, dauernde störende Unterhaltungen. Der alte Saunabereich 'Asia Spa' mit Finnensauna, Salzsteinzimmer, Dampfbad und Kräutersauna ist textilfrei, jedoch etwas beengt, ohne Fenster und Frischluftmöglichkeit und mit nur einem kleinen Ruheraum. Für Frischluft nach dem Saunagang muss man textil durch den Poolbereich nach draussen. Fazit: Obwohl der Sonnenhof in vieler Hinsicht unsere Erwartungen komplett erfüllt hat, werden wir nicht noch einmal hinfahren, solange der neue Saunabereich '5-Elemente' nur textil nutzbar ist. Sehr, sehr schade! :-(

Ausgezeichnet

Wir waren das erste mal dort und es war sicherlich nicht das letzte mal. Mein Mann ist sehr anspruchsvoll, aber selbst ihm hat es gut gefallen. Wir können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt, Service, Essen usw. Einfach traumhaft, konnte richtig abschalten.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Umgebung. Die Aufteilung auf mehrere Häuser ist etwas unbequem, aber wenigstens gibt es geschlossene Verbindungsgänge. Der Wellness-Bereich ist schön, ist aber bei hoher Auslastung zu klein.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel. Service und Küche sind sehr gut. Die HP ist mit der Menüauswahl sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Wellnessbereich ist mit den 3 Pools sehr groß und auch kinderfreundlich. Das Komfortzimmer ist sehr schön mit Parkett, einem super Bett und Terrasse/Balkon.
