5/5 Stars Total hidden gem in the Poconos! Lakelyn Lodge is beautifully renovated, immaculate, and offers stunning lakefront views. The contactless check-in was incredibly convenient, and the room felt elevated with high-end linens, luxury bath amenities, and excellent local coffee. We spent our mornings looking out at the quiet lake and our days exploring nearby Hawley and State Parks. It’s the perfect, peaceful basecamp for a weekend trip. Highly recommend!

We are so thrilled we found this place! The location was perfect for all the great things there are to do in the area. Everything was pristine, the rooms were very tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were plush. We loved the bathing products in the shower and the special maple water in the refrigerator. The view is peaceful and beautiful. Everything felt quiet and private. The air-conditioning worked great. Loved the very cool lobby/game room. The owners seemed friendly and helpful. Great suggestions in the room for local activities. And again it was a very easy drive to everything we did on and near the lake. There is so much to do there and this is such a great place to stay!

The loft room was clean, modern decor, newly renovated, bed was very comfortable. The only negative is there was no elevator to get to the loft room - wooden steps were pretty steep especially if you have luggage to carry up. If you are choosing room 1 above the common area I would first inquire if the wifi/tv is working. It wasn’t working for me. Krista and Graham were very accommodating in trying to troubleshoot the issue. They apologized and suggested I move to another room. I accepted their suggestion for the second night. I would definitely return.

This new hotel is absolutely stunning!  Our room had a panoramic view of the lake and we even had our own private balcony.  The king bed was really comfortable.  Loved lounging in bed just looking at that peaceful view.  The local coffee and maple water were a really nice touch.  We will be back!

What a surprise! I thought I was renting a hotel room, but it turned out to be a Bed and Breakfast in a brand new building, with friendly hosts and an excellent, large, and clean room on the 3rd floor. I won't even mention the sauna, jacuzzi, fireplace, and buffet with hot and cold drinks (all included). I highly recommend it!

Graham and Krista have put together a fabulous chic modern hotel that was a pleasure to stay at for our weekend getaway to Lake Wallenpaupack. The Lakelyn Lodge in Lakeville PA is a newly renovated hotel with a fabulous eye to detail and with great finishing touches. We were extremely pleased with the attention to our needs and the attentiveness of the owners. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. We highly recommend the Lakelyn Lodge and look forward to staying here again!

I’m honestly not sure how this place has received so many 5-star reviews. For the price we paid — about CAD $350 for one night — we expected a much better experience.We arrived late, around 9 PM, and there wasn’t even a bottle of plain drinking water provided. The only water available was flavored/mineral water, which isn’t suitable for everyone.The bedding was wrinkled and didn’t look freshly pressed, which I personally find very unpleasant because it makes it difficult to tell whether the bed has been freshly prepared. Overall, many things felt rather basic and inexpensive considering the price.The “lake” was also disappointing and looked more like an overgrown pond than what we expected from the photos and description. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. Guests were sitting around the fire talking late into the evening, and there was also considerable traffic noise from the nearby road. We came here specifically to rest, but unfortunately we weren’t able to get a peaceful night’s sleep.If the room had cost around $100, I would have adjusted my expectations accordingly. But at CAD $350 per night, I simply don’t think the experience or level of service justifies the price. One last thing that surprised me was seeing a request for tips for the cleaning staff. In a country as wealthy as the United States, and especially at this room rate, I would expect employees to be properly compensated by the business rather than guests being asked to supplement their wage
