The place has to be 50 years old at least. The room key was an old "drop in any mailbox, we guarantee postage." Air conditioning was ancient and noisy. Good coffee maker. The place was clean.

Hotel was pleasant. Had a great time and staff were great. It’s an older hotel and a little outdated but it had a lot of charm. It seemed very clean. It’s in a great location and it was nice to be able to walk to everything. Lots of run restraints. People very friendly. I would recommend. It was a little tight in the room with three adults. Really enjoyed the time there.

Old, definitely NOT "executive"... just another motel in need of a complete overhall. The lady staff was very helpful though.

This is not an 'Executive Inn'. It is located in a seedy area. I will never stay in this facility again. Your rating of it is very misleading and this causes me to lose faith in your other ratings for the future travels we will do.

The manual in the room said they had vending, but they did not. They have no ice or anything, just a room. The mattresses are hard. Nice staff, but would not stay there again.

This property is an older motel with outside entry. The building shows its age but is maintained pretty well. My room was in better shape than the exterior appearance would lead you to expect. Fridge and microwave were useful to me. Lakeview is a small town and doesn't have a lot of dining options, but Safeway, a Mexican restaurant, and a Subway franchise were within a block or so from the property. I stayed here both directions on my trip south to the eastern sierra.

An older motel with no up grades done. Full kitchenette but no pots, pans, dishes, etc to use. Cracked and peeling paint in room. Definitely not worth the nightly $$$ they’re asking. No internet access was offered. Beds comfortable but pillows need replacing. They’re flat.

When trying to check out, turning in the key, could not get any kind of receipt and he laid the key on an open ledge and returned to his room upstairs. No guarantee from them that we ever checked out. Somewhat concerning. Hope there are no extra fees.

Looks can be deceiving.

Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature in the room was easy to adjust. It wasn’t easy to attract the receptionist at 8PM, but once aroused, was very accommodating. I feared that the “nonsmoking” room would be like so many I’ve experienced, a smoking room only days before, but my fears were not realized. The room was so fresh and clean that I doubt it had ever sheltered a smoker. The tap water in Lakeview smells of soil and I could not drink it, but that is certainly not the fault of the establishment, and can be solved by bring bottled water in with you.
