Every single person I encountered who worked at the hotel was absolutely lovely - extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.
Otherwise, I was disappointed. The room was small and smelled funky. There were no closets or places to store clothes. The pillows were cheap foam. Overall, the room was not at all what I expect in a 4-star hotel.

The room was old and run down feeling. Quite a bit of Mold on the windows, blinds were dusty and grimy, furniture was ripped. We felt like we were staying at a low end motel. Very disappointed as we used to live staying at this hotel. It’s really gone downhill. Sad to see.
