This hotel is disgusting, we walked into our room. And it was so filthy! The pillowcases were stained the bed spread was stained, there were 4 live cockroaches running around. Just stay away!

The property is dirty, is providing housing for families, different than typical hotel business model. Bugs in the room. Noise outside the door in the evening as kids were playing. I recommend Expedia take this off your list of options in Lakeland.

Absolutely false presentation of pictures it was run down dirty graffiti everywhere holes in walls and doors. You had to lift the door and push it shut. Dirty needed pressure washing everywhere outside inside the room needed to be cleaned and vacuumed cabinets falling apart, saw several bugs inside the room. Didn’t even stay there. I’ve seen nicer a better kept prisons.

Mostly serves as a transient home for underprivileged families and individuals waiting for Section 8 housing. Property is pretty beat up and needs a deep cleaning. The guy at the front desk is a hero; he makes things happen without most of the supplies and resources needed. Such a shame because it could be a decent place, even with the clientele it serves.

Terrible!

It was a terrible experience!!!! Don’t go here. Came to stay one night didn’t make it past a couple hours in the room… bugs in the lamps, mold on the walls and ceiling, bugs on the floor, hair everywhere in the bathroom, pill bottles from previous stayers. The people were nice when they weren’t out back smoking got a refund in a timely manner and left the same night!

Central location to all things at I-4 and Hwy 98. Have stayed here multiple times and found the access to be favorable to all our needs. This time the television was confusing and we were unable to get the connection fixed in order to watch TV. Calling the help line was not helpful in the least, staff could not help either. The rest of our stay was uneventful and pleasant.

This place needs to be burned to the ground,full of bugs,carpet looked like its from a greasy oil change shop.I was in town for the Sun n fun airshow and all hotels were booked for 50 miles or i would have walked out. The room was on the ground floor outside and I could put my whole hand under the door when closed, that explains the bugs.
