A/C Worked great. We stayed on the ground floor. The room was clean but needed some work. The location was beautiful. It has it's own boat ramp and slips. The lakes are connected together with canels. We did a 2hr nature tour that was really nice. The Inn has he most beautiful sunsets.

The room was ok beds was terrible back breaking the shower didn't work until I had them install a new shower head the front door would close but now solid could be picked open with a butter knife toilet was clogged when we got there I had to plunge it to get the toilet paper cardboard out my tablet in my semi is bigger than their TV there is only 1 plug in the room and it has the TV light fridge coffee pot on it so bring u a charging pack to charge your phones beds are old spring beds they will hurt u ac didn't work well at all until the sun was gone for hours over all I won't stay there ever again its the worst hotel I've ever been in and I stay at alot of them..... I hope this helps people but the people there are nice...

The property is perfect if you are looking for an alternative to the high prices of Legoland hotels that are nearby. It is very outdated but has a lovely view of lake. We did not use the pool while it looked quite clean.

This is absolutely my favorite property for a quick little get away from stress and to relax. The staff are so kind. The scenery is beautiful. The rooms are clean and odor free as well as nice cold a/c. I stay there alone and feel very safe and comfortable! Oh…and the pool surrounded by the beautiful landscape is wonderful!

The room showed its age -- furnishings were pretty banged up -- but it was spacious, and featured a good shower, a comfortable bed, and a patio. The two-star rating is due to one serious problem. The floor apparently hadn't been washed in a LONG time. Our feet and our socks were instantly VERY dirty simply from walking around the room. I've never encountered anything like this in a hotel room before. It was gross. If they get their housekeeping act together, this could be a decent, reasonably-priced option in Winter Haven.
