From the moment I walked in and was received by Ana I felt welcomed. The hotel smelled clean. As I entered the room, everything was clean and A/C worked great. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful all the time. Whenever we needed supplies they always were helpful. Parking was great also. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Lakeland Florida.
