“We stayed here specifically to visit our family stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and the location was absolutely perfect. It made getting on and off base incredibly convenient, saving us a ton of driving time each day. The rooms are basic but they were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was very accommodating and understood the unique needs of families. If you are looking for a straightforward, affordable, and highly convenient place to stay while catching up with your service...

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”
