“Spent a lot to stay at this resort. They were still cleaning my room at 3:45pm When check-in is 4. Got the room, power went out for the entire resort around 9pm. There was limited updates, still no power the next morning. Told they had no idea when power would be back. Everything was closed and shut down. “During our stay there was a power outage for 24 hours. It was difficult to access food from anywhere as it was wide spread. No generator backup.”
