Fantastic host, so welcoming and helpful with local knowledge, really great cooked breakfast, and clean, excellent facilities with a balcony with a lovely view of the Lake. Very highly recommend.

Very Relaxing Stsy

We enjoyed a delightful stay at the Ranginui B&B. The view from our deck was beautiful. We made good use of it every morning sipping our coffee and in the evening drinking our wine while taking in the scenery. Ann-Mari and Sam were lovely hosts filled with great walk/hike suggestions as well as dining.

We had a delightful overnight stay with Ann-Marie as a cool little stop in on the way from Christchurch to Queenstown. We had lovely chats and a delightful breakfast provided the following morning before setting off for the next leg of our journey. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

We had a lovely one night stay at this BnB with kind and welcoming hosts Ann-Maree & Sab. We had just come from a supposedly 5 star hotel in Queenstown and this was far better! Lovely outlook to the lake, beautiful room with comfortable bed and breakfast a bonus too. Ann-Maree has really thought of everything you could want/need when on holiday. Absolutely recommend

What an incredible experience staying with this lovely home. It was more than a visit at the Airbnb it was a learning experience into history from Anne Marie and her husband travels. They are a phenomenal couple, passionate about their guests. You must stay there when you visit Lake Takepo

We have stayed in some beautiful places in our lives but staying at Ranganui B&B was something so special. The property is a beautiful, warm and comfortable new build exquisitely and tastefully decorated. The host Ann-Marie provides an incredible kiwi service and is so helpful, full of information and so thoughtful. Whilst making up our room on the second day she noticed we had some cheese and champagne in our fridge and she gave us a board, cheese knives and champagne flutes for us to enjoy. It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay all the more special being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the view/stars. Ann-Marie was also thoughtful enough to make us a reservation at one of the most popular restaurants in town knowing that it is very hard to get a booking on the weekend. We could not recommend this stay enough and hope to be back again soon.

Ranginui is exactly as it appears in the photo -- amazing views, light, airy, modern, luxurious. All your needs are attended to by Anne-Maree your most attentive host. This was our first B&B experience anywhere. The hosts (Ann Marie and Saab) were so welcoming and even had a reservation at a great local restaurant called Blue Lakes that we enjoyed. Saab is very talented in cooking breakfast. In the room we enjoyed complimentary snacks and drinks and had a beautiful view overlooking Lake Tekapo. In the evening the stars were so bright and it felt like we were so close to the Milky Way. Our phone adapter was not working properly and Ann Marie loaned us her charger while we were there. This was so kind of her. We wished we stayed longer than one night. We strongly recommend for people to stay here if you are in the area. Also, we met one dog (Molly) who was so sweet and did not bother anyone. Also the nice touch of our name outside the room was a pleasant surprise. Thanks again for a great stay!
