Mountain view was beautiful. Room was huge for a double bed occupancy- you get an entire upstairs area for kitchen, dining and relaxing. Hot water in the shower area had a bit of issue but bath tub worked fine. Enjoyed our stay as the area is quiet, safe plus we got to see some stars out of balcony at night. Breakfast was delicious.

I didn’t realize I booked a petite room but other than getting around our luggage in the tight space, the room was nice, bed was comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is close to the areas of interest and shops.

Everything was generally great. Had to carry our suitcase up the staircase but the room view was worth it. Parking could be slightly difficult if you're late but everything else was okay. Location is super close to the visitor center. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious. Love it!

Our room (suite with mountain view) was more than enough for our one night stay in Lake Tekapo.. Based off some other slightly negative reviews, it may just depend on which type of room you book. Otherwise, our room was clean, comfortable, and we had no issue with noise or any of the amenities. Our room was situated towards the back of the resort - not sure if that makes a difference with noise level. My partner and I appreciated having the ability to walk to the lake/town center. Checking in and out was also a smooth and quick process for us.
