I stayed in ridge point villa.Love the room, kitchen has all the utensils, pots and pans to cook, having washer and dryer in the room is convenient.Bed and sofa bed were comfortable. So,, you have to be careful where you stay at this resort. Give 4 to 5 stars if staying in main area. Once you go out to the outer buildings 2 stars. Really old and out dated in the outer buildings. Will try not to make the mistake again and ask which area will be staying. So main area is great, if you have to drive back out to main road then bad....

Pros: i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it was a very cold pool. No Complimentary coffee

Gorgeous views from the patio! Extremely clean, organized and inviting living space with a fireplace. This winter vacation at Tahoe Ridge was a great start to our adventures. From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive, polite, and accommodating. The hot tub was located conveniently in the middle of the buildings and easy access for all guest. Everything was great overall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was cute, clean, and in good condition. I also appreciated having a full kitchen, which made the stay more comfortable. The only downside was the building itself, which looks quite outdated. There was also an issue with the heating system - it made a pretty loud, unpleasant noise that made it difficult to sleep properly at night.

Hot tub was hot and fire place put out good heat! The place was very comfortable for our weekend stay and the proximity to Stagecoach on the NV lift at Heavenly was fabulous! We didn't need the shuttle bc the place was so close. Would recommend staying here again!
