Staff is friendly and attentive. The location was great. I particularly like the private beachfront. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bathrooms were clean. My only issue was TV entertainment. You are not able to connect to the internet, so couldn’t watch our favorite programs. We had a great stay and will probably come back.

clean room，nice outdoor spa，quite private beach with stunning lake view，We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed the experience overall. The location is excellent — right by Lake Tahoe with a private beach that is peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to the marina where you can take boat tours, which made everything very convenient. We stayed in a loft room in Building 5, and the layout was great for our family. The room has an upstairs and downstairs area: there is a sofa bed downstairs and a bed upstairs, so it comfortably sleeps four people. From our balcony we could even see Lake Tahoe, which was a lovely bonus. There is also a heated spa/hot tub near Building 5, which was very relaxing after a day outside. The property also has a swimming pool and the overall facilities were well maintained. The shower had great water pressure and everything in the room worked well. One small issue during check-in was that the hotel was quite busy and they forgot to send us the text message notifying us that our room was ready, so we ended up waiting over an hour longer than necessary. However, once we got into the room, everything was smooth and comfortable. The only minor downside was that you could hear a bit of creaking from the floor when the upstairs neighbors were walking, but overall the place was good，location is that there are convenient places nearby. There’s a Whole Foods across the street and a very popular breakfast Red Hut，1.2 mile to Heavenly Condola

We had a great experience. We got the corner room which had a huge balcony, and also a small balcony attached to the master bedroom. If we have to nitpick, one issue we did run into was with the thermostat. They have these super old school analog thermostats which work differently based on room size. The master bedroom is too sensitive and gets extremely hot for the same setting in the living room. Our 3 year old daughter woke up in the middle of the night because of the room getting too hot. I think digital thermostats come super cheap these days, so they should invest in replacing these analog ones in all the rooms. Apart from that, we had an awesome stay, but probably wont be back until they replace the thermostats.
