we had a really nice stay. the room was clean and smelled good and the bed was comfy so we slept well. the staff were nice and helpful whenever we needed anything. the location was great. everything was close and it felt safe. overall it was an easy and chill stay with no problems. also the front desk was welcoming and quick with check-in. they explained everything clearly and were always helpful when we had questions. would def stay here again

Solid option for a budget-friendly, adults-only stay in Tahoe. The jacuzzi tub was a nice plus. One caution: if you plan to sleep in late/are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. We heard a lot of noise from housekeeping that started first thing in the morning.

Location was easy to get to. A lot of shops nearby. Views were nice. The room was clean, a little smaller than the photos show. Our sink was leaking, the jets didn't work in the rub and our shower light was out. The stairs on the proprty are very steep so if thats an issue i would ask for a bottom floor room. When i told front desk about the few issues, they didn't seem to care. I would stay here again but probably ask for a different room if these things didnt work.

We have stayed here before and both times weren’t the best. The first time they were remodeling the room above us with no warning for our 3 night stay. They worked from early in the morning until late at night. We couldn’t figure out what was happening until we saw them throwing furniture off the second story. We finally asked them on our last night to wait to start until 9am since it was a weekend and we came to relax. We decided to give it another try considering they were doing upgrades. This last time there was no hot water in the morning, no microwave, a broken coffee pot, and old pizza and garbage in the dresser. I really hope they work on things because the location is amazing and the look of the upgrades are looking good.

Overall condition of the room was good. First checking in. You have to go to the building next-door to check in room was set up nice no hot water out of the shower, but there was hot water out of the bathtub. Got woken up by the staff banging on the railing, cleaning the stairs otherwise overall good experience. It’s a good location too short walking distance to everything.
