Loved our spacious room for a 3 night stay, 1st floor location and ease of parking and safe and close to entrance. Enjoyed the spa bath and huge shower area...so nice! It was very convenient to exploring Lake Tahoe and enjoyed eating and browsing in Heavenly Village nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is clean and fairly maintained. It is an older facility, but it is comfortable and we always stay there when in Tahoe. The rooms are comfortable and the jetted tubs are a wonderful treat after a long day of walking, hiking, or shopping! The staff was extremely friendly and gave us great information on local restaurants, stores, etc. The facility is in a good location, close to restaurants, shopping, and casinos. We will return again as pricing is good and the rooms are huge.

I am really impressed with the room. It's big and the spa in room is exceptional. We keep ourselves relax in the spa after a whole day hiking. The location of the hotel is really good. The Harbour beach is super near along with many good restaurant within walking distance. The staffs are really good and helpful.

Liked the spacious spa and shower combo in the cabin room I stayed. Location is very good. McDonald and IHOP is only a few steps outside. You can walk to the Marina for boat ride, nice restaurants or just to enjoy the scenery. Free bike is a bonus if you can use it. Comfortable lounge provides coffee in the morning. You can chat with other travelers if you are social.

Parking was free, that was the best part. The room was a decent size. The bathroom door was difficult and loud to open and close. There was a separated area of carpet and when we got up in the morning the entire floor felt damp/sticky. I’m assuming there are some issues with sealing in the building. Slept fine, very thin walls though so we did hear neighbors multiple times.

This was my husband and I’s third anniversary. It was a lovely getaway from the city. It was so clean and all the rooms had a hot tub. Very nice staff. Could’ve possibly done something for the anniversary or at least given us some kind of pivot as to what to do to celebrate.. or even a chocolate, but just being there was really nice and looking forward to spending more time there in the future.
