Over charged, will not stay golden nugget again staff not nice, had to call my bank have charges removed, room is at best ok, no cups in the bathroom, no room service, go ask for cups and staff no nice, then they charge money for cups on bank card.

No one in Guest Services or House Keeping answered the phone. Noisy. Non-smoking room has smell of tobacco. Old & outdated facilities

We were extremely happy with everything about our room except we couldn't get the room under 80 degrees. Whem we mentioned it at the front desk during check out the nice lady took our parking fee off. 😀 We give them 9.95 out of 10.
