Loved the quaint cozy feel! Even has a small kitchen which was a really nice surprise! Feels just like I was back home at my cabin in Homewood! Will definitely be staying again :)

I thought the staff was excellent, they accommodated all of our needs. He work with me on a family emergency. I can't thank them enough for that. Comfortable bed, the showers are a little smal for us.

The hot water in the bathroom sink was anything but hot. Luke warm at best. Hot water in kitchen sink and bathroom had to be turned on for a good 7-10 minutes before getting hot. Also the Wifi was very "spotty".

Tall beautiful trees outside our window! Being able to sit in comfortable chairs outside our room and enjoy. Thank you! Public beach close by - would be nice to get the swimming pool fixed though... I know, it's costly, but for some of us "Oldies" Lake Tahoe is a bit chilly. But no complaints, many thanks!

The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!

Family Cabin

We really liked the family cabin. It had it's own entrance which was nice. You could tell it was an old building but had a modern day vibe. There's a burger place right next door in case you get hungry.

This property was great! We needed accommodations for an earlier check in time to make it to a wedding on time and they were more than happy to help. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The location is quiet, but has a lot of food and activity options very close by.

Room is small and smell. Not as the pictures posted. The posted pictures look clean and nice. But in the reality it’s not. The environment around the room is good and relax, but very dirty for the table and chair outside. Maybe there is a bear at night time, that’s why the lady in the office told us not to put food in the car, bear will break the car windows. I saw food prints in my car in the next morning. Don’t know is it bear’s food print or not. It looks big like a man food print. Price is high. Not really like it. Will not stay the second time.

It was extremely overpriced. The kitchen cabinets had most of the hardware missing off of them. There was a hole in the wall in the kitchen where you could see outside the large sliding window the lock was missing so anyone could come in at any time. It was so small that you barely had room to walk past the bed to get into the bathroom. There was no lights that worked the breaker tripped so we woke up to no coffee machine in the refrigerator had went off. It had a nice pool, but there was no water in it. The property outside was very pretty had large trees in a nice sitting area in the staff was nice but again this is $100 a night hotel that I was charged 250 a night for.

I accidentally booked for a 1-night stay for a day earlier than intended. When I called the lodge, they were extremely accommodating despite being fully booked. The 1-king & 1-queen bed cabin we stayed at was warm, clean and spacious for the four of us. We were well taken care of! Couple restaurants at walking distance from the lodge for dinner so you don't have to drive through the ice/snow at night
