Ideal location for a visit to South Lake Tahoe without spending a fortune. Keep in mind that it's a motel so don't expect luxurious accommodations, but was clean and they had free parking. The two people at the front desk (perhaps the owners) were really nice. thanks

Room was spacious and clean. There was sufficient parking. Shower was great. Perfect room for family. Location was easy walk away from Heavenly shops. Cleaning staff was friendly and very attentive and thorough. Would definitely stay again.

It was a very good experience. It’s not our first visit to this motel; 3rd I believe. They have repainted the outside so almost didn’t recognize the place. The rooms appear to have new carpet and we were very happy with the microwave and refrigerator. The beds are comfortable, and it has working air conditioning in all rooms. The property is close to town and is walkable to the outdoor concert venue formerly known as Harvey’s. Had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious room minutes walking distance to Heavenly Village. If you are just looking for a clean room, close to everything, this is the spot for you. Nothing fancy, but staff was very friendly and helpful, and we didn't have to drive anywhere.

Clean Hotel very quiet and the staff was very nice. the rooms have everything you need a small fridge microwave a table and some chairs a nice bed could be a bit more comfy but it is very well priced and very close to all the stores.

Nice big room. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean. What more could you ask for. I even liked the coffee that they used for the in-room coffee maker. The only slightly negative things that I would have to say is that the refrigerator was a little loud at times but at least they have a fridge! Also, the pool and spa were closed. In these days of hotels raising prices while cutting amenities, it’s nice to have a room with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, free parking and free internet. Blue Lake Inn, please don’t change.
