The couple who own and live on site are very nice and helpful. We’ve gone here two years in a row and it’s a real easy, simple, clean place to be. It’s also right across from Heavenly Village (3-5 minute walk).

Simple older hotel. Not fancy. The room was clean and the staff were polite. I forgot my toothpaste and they provided me with some. It was really close to Heavenly. You can walk to main attractions. I’d stay again.

Very clean, very basic room right in the middle of the action in South Lake Tahoe. Great location for two people to stay. The rooms are very small, but very clean and reasonably priced. Front desk staff was very nice. We will stay here again.
