“Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. “La cama es cómoda y tiene esterillas eléctricas. Esperábamos encontar una habitación en mucho peor estado, pero nos sorprendió, aunque lis muebles son antiguos , todo está muy limpio. El personal es amable y no está a mucha distancia del centro. La única pega es que cierra a las 20h la recepción.... También hay que pensar que a partir de esta hora poco queda abierto en el pueblo.”
