Great place to bring the whole family! Movie theater, arcade,pools with slides even a place to bring your little ones ( wonderful staff they kept my grandkids entertained) while you try your luck in the casino!

This is a fabulous place! Lots of options for either staying in the resort grounds or being on the lake. The staff is amazing, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. This was our second stay here and we’ve been very happy both times.

A very nice hotel. I e used it as our stop off between the Grand Canyon and LA and it was lovely to be able to relax in the very nice pool. All the facilities were great and very helpful staff

Been staying here for years. Love the boat access, and pool is outstanding . But this time was not a great stay. Shower leaks and almost flooded us out. Front desk staff is disorganized and the ice situation doesn’t help. Yes there is an ice and pool towel situation .

We love staying here in the summer. You can rent jet skis (walking distance) hang out by the beach area or have a drink at the bar by the pool. Always a fun experience and hotel staff is happy and ready help when needed.

Overall, we had a great experience. The only downside was that the rooms in the older section of the hotel are outdated and could use some remodeling. The location is nice, with direct beach access and convenient boat and Jet Ski rentals. However, it’s a bit far from restaurants and fast-food options.

The staff at check in very friendly. It was my birthday and she let us check in early ! We always have a great stay here. The bad thing is general public is welcome and they hog up all the space by the water slides they should have a designated spot for guest only. We pay a lot to stay there so it’s only fair.

Absolutely loved the outdoor Infinity pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Perfect spot for family and pets. Enjoyed the music poolside and at the turtle Grill rooms are a little bit dated but perfect for lake life relaxation Air conditioning worked great and beds were comfortable enjoyed the waterpark, the boat launch ramp and all the other convenient amenities.
