You get a large room with fridge and coffee maker. It’s been spruced up and the pool is cleaned although it is cold water. The pool furniture needs updating but is functional.

My front door didn’t lock at all, everything was falling apart, and the construction throughout the entire hotel was terrible like a half drunk person put it together. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly however and were pretty responsive.

Great place to stay

Friendly staff. The room was very clean and spacious. It had nice touches of dispensers with shampoo and lotion, etc. rather than those tiny bottles. We also appreciated its convenient location to the highway and parks.

I would call this a last resort stay if the camp grounds are filled or your car is too packed to get comfy in it. Dont expect too much but do expect cleanliness to be very poor

Clean and reasonably priced. Its an older motel but well maintained. The room was clean. The pool was well kept. Be sure to requested a room on the 1st floor ahead of time as there are only stairs to the 2nd floor.

Good room. Good location.

I was very pleased with the room. It wound up being a very cold and windy night when I stayed. I liked that there was a second door that opened up directly to the pool area. I was disappointed that the weather was too cold to swim because the pool looked amazing. And the hotel was very close to everywhere I needed to be while I was in Lake Havasu.

It was a nice place for the price. Interiors recently remodeled. TV was very small. Exterior sidewalks were in poor condition. Courtyard was nice. Close to local amenities. Would stay here again.
