Seemed like room was dark even with all lights on. Kitchen area had no overhead light. Also, kitchen was lacking even the simplest utensils like forks, knives spoons paper towels; not to mention even a saucepan or frying pan. Ice machine was broken, though they did have bagged ice in the lobby and a refrigerator in the room. Layout of room seemed a bit odd. Only one chair. One would assume with a king bed there might be two people.

They tried to charge me for early checking and it was 1145 am i’m always check out before 11 AM and then never give me incentive for checking out early if you get my point

the room was ok however it was so hot the AC unit barely blew air we had to keep the window open the entire stay, there were so many bugs it was really gross! there is no phone in the rooms but it did have a fridge, dishwasher, and sink that was nice, the bathroom was ridiculously small! Front desk ladies were so so sweet! that’s a plus! i give this place a 4/10.

Loved the place ,would definitely stay there again. Only isue was some mold on bathroom shower ( looked like a previous leak, not fixed properly),the tv was stuck on one chanel. But staff was very nice ,place was peaceful, room had balcony and beautiful view,location was perfect!

When I got to my room it was not the room I had reserved. I went back to the desk to get a room like I reserved. They did not have any rooms with a king available. They said they were very busy that weekend. I stated that is why I made reservations a month in advance for a king bed room. I ask what happened to my reserved room and was told "I don't know". After further looking and a lot of conversation they finally gave me a king room on a different floor that had not been remodeled yet. The fridge in the room was so noisy we had to unplug it so we could sleep. There was NO hot water to take a shower. The TV in our room did not work. This was a bad experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
