- Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property was uniquely placed to the London bridge but that was about the only positive aspect. We called ahead and advise them that my wife was handicapped and we needed a ground floor because they did not have ADA required elevators. Upon arrival we found that we had been booked into a second-floor room that my wife could not reach. They did give us another room on the bottom floor however, it looks like it was remodel store room. The drywall was miss matched, there were damaged walls, the flooring had big gouges in it and it was filthy! There was some kind of nasty material on the toilet that I don’t even want to guess what it was. The floor was so filthy that when we took a shower and walked from the shower to the bed our feet were completely black. The grounds were equally filthy. Overflowing garbage cans, debris and trash around all of the walkways and the vending machines and at least two of the employees walked right past the garbage at least two or three times without even trying to pick it up. When I asked them to clean up the room they told me initially that because of the Covid they only clean the rooms before you get there and after you leave. I explained that this was unreasonable and had to blow a fit for them to come in and clean my room correctly. They advertised hot breakfast on the Internet. However, when we got there, there was no hot breakfast available only stale muffins and fruit. Don’t waste your time with this place!
