This was a really nice historic hotel. They have a nice common area for guests on the second floor that overlooks the lobby area where they have entertainment on the weekends. Within walking distance to the main street where there are multiple restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Big welcome & excellent customer-service at the front desk! We were looking forward for a long time to staying at this very fine hotel , and finally managed to do this fun getaway in its 100th year -- Yay! Lovely array of breakfast choices, lovely & comfy room, with really nice old photos of the property. I am eager to return from MA for our 2nd visit, in the coming year.
