The motel was apt was very clean and the cabin furniture was adorable. I would have given it a 5 star rating however the staircase from the outside going up to our entrance was very dangerous. And the bath tub support beam needs to be checked because while standing in the tub taking a shower the bath tub would make a loud noise as if it weren't supported enough, that really needs to be checked. But other then that the staff were very helpful and very welcoming and extremely nice. My family enjoyed the stay and we had a lot of fun in lake george this time around. Can't wait to go back!!!

Housecleaning staff was good. Within ten minutes of checking in to the motel our bank card was compromised twice as fraudulent transactions and that was the only place that had our information. We did not use that card anywhere on our trip so because we’re out of state We only had the cash we brought for our trip. We were not happy. Also, we had a very large group of people that arrived for the weekend and kept us up til 4am!

Great budget option for a solo traveler.

Everything was clean which is mainly what I look for in a budget motel such as this. One of the two lamps had a burned out lightbulb but honestly didn’t bother me at all as I was just flopping for the night

stayed here for just one night. Property was outdated but priced accordingly… staff was very helpful with check in process. Room had everything that I needed including a small kitchenette to make breakfast in the morning. Bottom line is I would stay here again and would highly recommend.

3 star experience, room had issues in the bathroom, no hot water in the afternoon and broken fixtures. Pool was nice, AC worked good, but overall, not a great place for us.

they need to pay more attention too.

No available staff when needed, bees nest u see out air conditioner which made it impossible to sit outside. Sand all over the inside of pool. not enough pool sitting, no umbrellas, no shade what so ever. Bathrooms dirty, rooms smell very musty, wet and old.

First, we stayed in a basic room, 2 beds, not with a kitchen, etc. It was clean and neat. The bed was super comfy, I liked the bathroom, and the ac worked perfect. We were only flopping for the night, so it was fine and we had a good night sleep. But overall I found the room "depressing", primarily because of the overall lighting. I think for what we paid they could have had a glass, of any kind (even paper or plastic), in the bathroom. Maybe even a desk chair, anything other than the bed to sit on. Finally, the outside light glared through the window all night. Perhaps if there were lined curtains, or a shade, or anyway to shut off the light, or even thicker curtains, it would have helped.

There was no maid service during the stay, if you want more towels you have to get them at the front desk or text them and they will send some over, the shower was terrible, the toilet was cracked, no frill room old property. Ok for the price. Don’t expect a 4 star resort more like a 2. Pool looked great couldn’t use it though. Too cool.

Check in was smooth, we got the 2 bedroom superior room with balcony. Room was in very good condition, spacious and clean. We loved the balcony area. Hotel provided wifi, tv with streaming channels-Utensils, plates etc were in the full kitchen. Microwave, oven, fridge too. Staff was always pleasant and helpful, front desk sometimes is empty/closed but you can just text them and they send someone to assist right away. We stayed 4 days and they didn't change towels, or bring toilet paper unless we requested it. Pool was good, never crowded and as with any other pool you need to supervise your kids because far end gets deep. overall I have no complaints. Keep in mind this is a budget motel, don't expect luxury. My family and I were very satisfied and will return.

My dog room is cleaner than this room. Rooms are full of bugs. The place is too old. I couldn’t stay the night and I had to leave and go to any other place. I’m not going back there never ever again.
