The hotel was good overall, with comfortable beds and a convenient location just a few steps from the LG town. Unfortunately, there was a very loud argument involving guests in rooms on either side of ours, which escalated to the point that the police had to come. This did affect our stay, but otherwise, the hotel was comfortable and well located.

Had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel there were flying bugs in both of the Lakeside suites that they put us in and we ended up having to cancel our reservations and go to another hotel even though the rooms were very beautiful and the Lakeside view was breathtaking

The best thing was walking to the lake and enjoying the view. The room was horrible. Not what we booked, bathroom door lock was broken, thankfully no one locked themselves in it. The breakfast was pretty good. Staff were okay. I would not stay here again.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and we were pleasantly surprised. Our room had recently been renovated. It was clean, comfortable, and we were thrilled, but there was flooring instead of a rug. My only complaint was that the rooms were not well insulated so you could hear lots of noise outside when other people were not being considerate of others late at night.

I stayed one night in a lake-view room. The place is very beautiful and has a safe environment. The only problems I had were that there was no toothbrush or water bottle, the floors were very sticky, and there were a lot of mosquitoes inside the room. It makes sense that it’s a lake-view room, but there were a lot of mosquitoes flying around inside.

Clean comfortable room, wonderful staff, awesome amenities and fantastic pool/lakeside Cabana bar! One improvement would be food...not horrible just needs to be better. We had multiple instances of cold food ..but honestly that is the only negative we can think of! We will absolutely stay here again!
