For needs it was a good hotel and the price was excellent. The room was a good size and we loved having the microwave and refrigerator. The reason for good verses excellent was that our door was difficult to open.

Property is old and tired. Tub is peeling, burnt cigarette holes in carpet, carpet old and dirty, holes in wooden cabinet that held the tv. Overall damp smell in room. Would not stay there again.
