Older motel ,mom and pop operation. friendly. the owner took time to talk with us. check in was quick. it was Mid May, so lots of places in the area were not open yet in Lake George, many motels were still cleaning/sprucing up. The owner also took the time to speak to me with options available at the property for the September adirondack nationals car show.1 Draw back no pool.

Owners are very friendly and knowlegable. Room was quaint and close to everything but far enough so you’re not in the center of hustle and bustle. Will stay at thos motel again.

Solo traveler in town for the Adirondack Balloon Festival, two night stay, room was reserved online, through Expedia. Motel room was clean, internet speed was excellent, staff was friendly, and pictures on the website accurately portrayed room, and motel property. Overall a good value, and a hassle free experience

The proprietors are warm and friendly, the rooms are super clean ; the well-kept grounds feature a grill and picnic tables for your dining pleasure. Short drive, and within walking distance to the lake/ Fort William Henry recreation museum. All in all, a GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY!!!

Wonderful place for the Price

I really liked the Couple's Cabin at the Doray Motel. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is due to the smallness of the shower. I am a bigger person and the shower just fit me, with very little room to maneuver. Also the cabin could use a small table in the Futon area. All else was excellent.

Last minute weekend getaway.

Moray is an older, smaller hotel but was a nice option for an impromptu weekend trip for me and the wife. Pleasant staff, very helpful and quick during check in. Small but clean and acceptable bathroom. And price was fair.

Very nice old school Adirondack motel. Just a 12 minute walk into the village to to the lake. Nothing fancy but we weren't there to hang out in our motel.

Very good stay. Comfortable bed, microwave and fridge. Quiet and cute. Owners nice. A lot of updates on the cabin that are not pictured. More of a three season cabin/cottage. Heat was maintained by space heater. Would stay again.

Expedia advertises that this motel has a pool, when in fact, it does not. This is a decent basic motel for a place to sleep. If looking for a place with amenities or a place to relax after a day of walking around the village, this place is lacking.

Very clean. Very basic but very comfortable. Showers are small so a larger person may have difficulty moving around in them. Everything was just neat and tidy and extremely comfortable and easy to get to everywhere is from there. Just a basic motel room.
