The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service. Location is only minutes from town. Campground atmosphere on the Lake. Rooms were sufficient. Some upgrades were done, but could still use a little more sprucing up. Beds were extremely comfortable, but pillows fell a little flat. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the value for the room was excellent.

We only stayed one night, but looked like a great property. Stunning views of the lake and mountains. We hung out on the small beach for a while and the patio next to it. The issue was the smell of pot everywhere. It was lingering around the beach and the worse was our neighbor smoking out front right next to our door (small table and chairs are setup next to front doors) and the smell crept into our room. There was a playground (also smelled) and heated outdoor pool (which we did not make it to). We visited the restaurant next door (walking distance) and had a delicious breakfast.

I think this is the nicest place to stay in Lake George that’s not going to break the bank. The view from this section of the lake just south of Bolton town is absolutely stunning. It reminds me of Lake Tahoe, but less developed and more magical. It’s great for families or couples looking for a romantic getaway. Every time I’m in Lake George, I stay here. I absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And you can see the lake from pretty much anywhere you stay here. I give these guys a five out of five every time. I’ve stayed at a couple of other places in the area but always come back here.

We were not prepared for having to walk up and down hilly uneven stone steps with no railings with our heavy bags. We are in our 70s and 80s. The view was lovely. The front desk staff was nice but should have foreseen the trouble we were going to have getting from the parking to the room. The property could be better maintained. The fencing separating the rooms was falling apart in some places. We didn't use the amenities but others did and they looked very nice, especially for families. The room was clean and functional, although not beautiful. The wifi worked fine.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful, but you bill yourself as a family resort, but as soon as we got to our room, we were assaulted by the smell of marijuana that guests were using outdoors next to us, in their car next to us and below us. I know this is beyond your control, but three guests were even smoking it outside at 8 a.m. on a Tuesday. Perhaps you could set aside at least one building that would be labeled as completely cigarette and pot smoking free. We stayed there this same time last year and didn't encounter it. It ruined an otherwise fine stay.

We did like the amenities at this location with the heated pool, private beach access, activities on site. However the townhouse we stayed in was not the cleanest. The dishes in the cabinet were not washed, in between the couch cushions were disgusting and our toddler had his hands in it. The window AC units had black mold in them, we stayed in a 6 person room but by the time the 3rd person had showered there was a leak coming from upstairs, just underneath the shower. Which you could tell was already an issue since there was existing caulk in place there, mind you it was inches away from a light fixture. When using the stove there was excessive amount of gas leaking into the townhouse even upstairs that we had to keep turning it off, open the windows and keep our toddler outside. The express cleaning between nights didn’t take any of our dirty towels that were left all together in a pile for them to collect. Staff was kind when we brought all of this to their attention.
