The hotel is within 2 miles of Lake George. Reasonable pricing and the rooms were clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly. However I feel they need some attention on the bathroom.

The staff was very nice; the room was super clean; the whole time was very quiet (maybe strong sound-proof walls?); all the needed items were provided; the beds and pillows were very comfortable; the location was awesome, close to all the attractions...etc. It even has a basketball court with many basketballs in the basket. The family that booked the room next door was extremely kind and respectful too, proving that this place was chosen by other families with family-oriented concepts. We would re-visit if chances allow and hope the best for the owner and the staff.

I WAS INITIALLY CONCERED, BUT WHEN I GOT THERE..GOOD STUFF. FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS AND TEH FAMILY IS ON SITE. U WONT HAVE ANYONE AT DESK DURING NIGHT SO GET WHAT U NEED IN ADVANCE. I SURELY WOULD STAY AGAIN. IT TOOK ME A MINUTE TO FIGURE OUT THE HOTE WATER, THEN I WAS GOOD TO GO

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend as we were in town for a music festival, it’s right up the road from The Village, so super convenient and close to restaurants and the outlets. Room was clean and comfortable perfect for what we were looking for!

Very cost friendly spot!

Motel is very close to all stores and lake george is down the street 2 miles. Our housekeeper was very friendly. Stayed 2 days with family of 5. Great stay if u want to he close to the lake with a friendly budget. Will definitely stay again. Also pool will be opened 2024.

No frills, but so much for so little

If you want glitz and glamour, don't come here. If you want a place in Lake George with an ice cold fridge and steamy hot shower on the cheap, this is the spot. Malik took good care of us.

Economy cabin was small but very clean and everything was working properly. Matress was really good, too. Only bad thing was the heavy mold on the bathroom wall. And there is no possibility to get something to drink or a coffee or snacks on the property.

Cabin was cute, from the outside! Cool view. Liked the privacy. Liked the porch. Grimy. 1st degree burn from shower, smelled like urine, had to run a/c at 63 to keep smell at bay. At peak season, month in advance, cheapest place you can get in Lake George. Management was nice

Great stay

Our check in was super easy. Clean rooms. However half the outlets a nd light switches do not work. We did a litte detective work and founf ones we could use. Whe. The tv wouldnt work the gentleman was right here to fix it up fo us. Could use better. Numbered or regulated paking for adjouning cams. Otherwise wonderful stay!

Our stay was good, the staff was great! The room needs some upgrades, there was an outlet with no cover in the second room. The lock to our room was only lockable on the door knob, the actual “bolt lock” didn’t work with the room key. The curtains had some small holes in them letting morning sun peep through. With some minor repairs and upgrades to modernize the rooms would be super nice. We would stay again as the affordable cost was unbeatable. Just a recommendation to upgrade. :)

Check in was great. Once at cabin could not believe how run down room was. Bed sinks to floor and sounds loud when moving on it. Sink in bathroom almost coming off wall. Shower knob come right off the wall. TV does not work. Air conditioner was filthy so if using blowing dirty air. Bathroom is so small a large person could not use. Room smells bad. Better off pitching a tent.

Filth and bodily fluid stains

Spoke to the owner twice to make sure it was ok to arrive around 11pm after the train in Albany. Seemed like a nice person and was helpful. Arrived at our room and I have never been subjected to such filth and rundown in a property in Hotels.com. Grease hand stains and hair in beds. One bed has a mattress that is so brown and stained that it should be considered biohazard. Black staining marks in shower and sink. Asked for new linens, trying to make best of it, we were moved rooms. Same condition!! Mattress, sheet and blanket had dried blood stains running down side of mattress. Mirrors and lamps looked like they had been bumped off and askew on wall. Hair in beds. Shower filthy and stained. Told that housekeeping must not have gotten to rooms. Left with my daughter and her friend at midnight and went to another place, which owner helped to organize as there was no question of the filth of these rooms.

For the price we paid, this property was great. The beds were clean and comfortable and there was a microwave and mini fridge. The location was ideal for us and the separate rooms worked for our family. There is a trolley that stops right in front of the motel which makes travel to the village easy. We had a good experience and will very likely stay again.
