We were greeted by friendly staff who offered us a complimentary glass of champagne. The lobby is luxurious and welcoming. We loved our newly renovated room which was beautifully appointed with a large walk in shower, fridge, desk, two comfy chairs, a super comfortable bed, and even fluffy terry cloth robes. In the morning we were offered a delicious cinnamon sugar muffin. We wish we could have extended our stay!

Wonderful hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and could answer any question that arose. The view was breath taking on both front and back of the facility. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that asks.

We only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was pleasant and friendly and helpful with questions about the area. We ate that evening at the Oak & Oar, the restaurant attached to the hotel and had a great meal by the windows overlooking Lake Geneva. In the morning we were able to get fresh brewed coffee and breakfast croissants at their breakfast kiosk. We would stay there again on our next trip.

This is a great hotel to stay at if you love to wake up to like views or sit outside at night in a calm, quiet area it was very relaxing. The staff were very nice. We did eat at the restaurant there Oak and order that was very delicious. I do recommend eating there. The only downside is I would like for the room to have a microwave so we can heat up our leftovers from the restaurant other than that everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. I will be coming again!

The room was very spacious, with ample closet space and a large bathroom countertop that provided plenty of room for personal items. The room was clean and well maintained. The balcony was also generously sized, with two chairs and a small table while still leaving plenty of space to move around comfortably. The reception staff were wonderful to work with—friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant food was good, although dining service did not begin until 3:00 p.m. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a breakfast buffet; however, given the hotel's smaller size, I understand that may not be economically feasible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the spacious accommodations and excellent service.
