The hotel gentleman was very nice and professional. The room is very clean. However they only have one luggage carrier so we had to wait to use one.

It was the best room we have stayed in since our honeymoon in the Poconos 27 years ago. The hot tub and the size of the room was amazing. Plenty of room to dance the night away! Loved it. Highly recommend!

The reason I gave 2⭐️ is because the week of the wedding the owner called several people that were in the wedding or attending it and told them they had to cancel their reservations due to “construction” or he told them he over booked! He was in fact quite rude about it! This was very upsetting to us and our guests!! So just a word of warning, maybe go to the hotel in Mukwonago.

The water in the shower did not drain but instead accumulated around the toilet making the entire floor wet and slippery. This could help explain the mold on the bathroom wall. The drywall was coming apart in the corner of the room and the carpet was burned by an iron. This place is a dump!

My stay at [hotel name] was fantastic! The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy, which I really appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was great, and I had no issues with hot water even during the cold weather. The staff was excellent, making sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I stayed at this hotel for a weekend of concerts at Alpine Valley. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They organized a for pay shuttle round trip to the concerts. The rooms were dated but clean. I would stay here again due to great staff and close location relative to Alpine.
